As a result of Tri Cities Female Ice Hockey Association tournament, some of our scheduled sessions will be cancelled, and members will be credited with ice credits for the cancelled sessions.

Thursday, March 7th

  • Arena 2 - All sessions will run as scheduled from 6:30am to 5:45pm.

    • 6:30-7:30am Power Skating

    • 1:00-2:00pm City Buy On

    • 2:15-3:15pm ABC FS

    • 3:30-4:30pm Star 4+

    • 4:30-4:45pm Star 4+ SpinDev

    • 4:45-5:45pm RSA

  • Arena 3 - 2:45-3:30pm Elite FS will run as scheduled

THE EVOLUTION OF BRUNO DELMAESTRO: FROM SKATING CHAMPION TO COACHING ICON

Congratulations to our senior coach, Bruno Delmaestro, on receiving well-deserved recognition from Skate Canada!

Coach Bruno's dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping our skating program, and we couldn't be prouder of his achievements. Let's give a round of applause to Coach Bruno for his outstanding contribution to our skating community!

Displacement - September 5, 2023 - Session Changes

Dear Members,

We have just received the unfortunate news that on September 5th we will be displaced from our ice from 2:15-4:00pm. Members will receive credits for the missed ice times.

Summary for affected sessions Tuesday, September 5th from 2:15-4:00pm:

  • City Buy On remains 1:00-2:00pm

Arena 3

  • ABC session 2:00-2:45pm - CANCELLED

  • Elite session 2:45-3:30pm - CANCELLED

Arena 2

  • Star 4+ 4:00-4:45pm *Note: Time change

  • Spin Development - CANCELLED

All sessions following the Star 4+ session will resume as planned.

Program Assistant Training

Join our Dynamic and Energetic Program Assistant Team this Season! Assist our Coaches and fellow skaters with the delivery of our Canskate Program. This is not only a great way to give back to the skating community and your club, but it is an excellent Leadership opportunity. 

Learn new skills, understand the Skate Canada Coaching method, and earn ice credits for each session you attend. In addition to all of this, you can earn Volunteer hours for school or extra curricular activities,  all while having a ton of Fun! Being a Program Assistant is also a great way to bond with fellow athletes and coaches.

Interested members will need to attend 2 days of Program Assistant Training on September 7th from 5:00-6:15PM, and September 9th from 12:00-1:00PM.
