2025 CSC Awards Banquet
What a Season!
The 2025 CSC Awards Banquet marked the end of an incredible year for our skaters, coaches, and families. This past season, our skaters brought home a total of 91 medals, along with:
6 Pond to Podium Super Series trophies
7 BCCR Awards
1 BC/YT Section Award
We couldn’t be prouder of everything our skaters have accomplished on and off the ice!
One of the highlights of the award banquet was a heartfelt speech from our high school graduate, Justin Hsu, who shared his skating journey with honesty and wisdom. Some takeaways from Justin’s message:
“You shouldn't allow yourself to be limited by fear, regret or even expectation. Skate because you want to, not because of anyone else and not because you only care about the result.
It's okay to need time and space to reset — physically, mentally and emotionally.
It's okay to ask for help and to accept it.
It's okay to have fun at your skating even if you are not at your best.
Skating is just a little tiny portion of what makes you an incredible person.”
