"Just wanted to let you know that Christopher Molnar and his partner, Clara Berger won 1st place in Junior Dance at the Coupes de France at Viry-Chattilon, France in April. This was the final event in the Tournoi de France series. In the Tournoi de France Series (December, 2008 – April, 2009), they made the podium in 3 out of the 4 events that they participated in – 6th in Ferrand-Clermont (December), 2nd in Bordeaux (February), 1st in Brieve (March), and 3rd in Lyon (March).

Cecylia Witkowski receiving the Premier's Athletic Award 2007 from Gordon Campbell on Feb 11, 2008. This award recognizes the top male and female athletes from 43 sports. This selection is based on outstanding performance and other achievements in our sport. Cecylia was the 2006 Novice Canadian Champion and the 2007 Canadian Junior Ladies Bronze Medalist. Her photo and athletic achievements will be displayed at the BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.
